With a population exceeding 101 million people as of April 2024, the budget for this nationwide campaign is substantial, estimated to be over VNĐ10 trillion (US$380 million). The Prime Minister's directive outlines a clear plan for the distribution of these funds, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
Distribution Channels: Gifts will be distributed nationwide via bank transfer or direct payment, with the goal of completing all transactions before September 2, 2025.
